For optimal results, follow use on a daily basis. Wash your face and neck, then pat dry. Although optional, results will be more dramatic if used with a high quality anti-aging or moisturizing skin care product when using Infrared & RED and/or Green treatment heads. Products containing Vitamin A should only be used after treatments, as the LED lights may block Vitamin A from penetrating into the skin during use. Select the LED panel you would like to use and Insert the top part to fixer on handle. Then simply press until you hear a “click” sound. Connect the AC adaptor to the bottom of the device and plug into the wall socket. Place the LED panel directly on the skin. Glide over face, lift and hold for 3 minutes per section for a total of 15 minutes. (The device will automatically shut off after 24 minutes)
